Your Privacy Matters
At Buzzmind, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our services.
What Data We Store
- Account information (email, name)
- Connected social media account tokens
- Comments and responses history
- Brand knowledge and preferences you've configured
- Usage analytics and activity logs
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Delete from within the App
- Log in to your Buzzmind account
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to Account section
- Click on Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to contact@buzzmind.app with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name
- Any additional information to help us identify your account
Method 3: Facebook Data Deletion Callback
If you connected your Facebook account to Buzzmind, you can also request data deletion through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
- Navigate to Settings > Apps and Websites
- Find Buzzmind in your connected apps
- Click Remove
- Select Delete all data when prompted
What Happens After Your Request
Processing Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
Upon deletion, the following actions will be taken:
- Your account will be permanently deactivated
- All personal information will be erased from our databases
- Connected social media tokens will be revoked and deleted
- Your comment history and responses will be removed
- Any brand knowledge you've created will be deleted
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain data for a limited period if required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), or to resolve disputes. Any retained data will be minimal and securely stored.
